Rim still has damage and two of my air caps with American flag logo on them are missing from after dropping it off the inside of my car has a white mist on it and there was still painter tape attached with paper to the under side of my vehicle . I’m not sure how you replace a tire that was on the same rim that had damage but not replace the rim so I’m am very confused and dissatisfied

They said they replaced the rim on the vehicle that was damaged. Come to find out after picking up my vehicle. They only rotated the rims around. They put a new tire on the rim that was damaged and left the rim damaged on the car. Also the two air cap are missing that were American flag set two of them are missing as well car is dirty with over cast spray little white dots in my vehicle interior as well my car needs the inside the clean

Very rude had to change people or adjuster due to having to show him and point out what was damaged , then it was sent to cleaves shop to do the work and somewhere between there lost my air caps that I had on the vehicle and said they didn’t replace the rim that was more damaged then any other rim.

They were great at keeping me posted on the process and what stage they were at weekly. My car looks great, paint job excellent. Getting the parts for the car were delayed which wasn't Gerber's fault. They were very understanding of me running out of time with the rental car and my urgency because of post op surgeon appointments and my need for transportation.
