Harmony went above & beyond to make sure everything was repaired on my car. When she first inspected the car - see saw that rear driver’s side back headlight was cracked. The insurance adjuster didn’t even see it!! She followed up w/the insurance company to make sure it would be covered & then repaired. 😊😊

Estimation visit to repair completion kept me up to date with key information. My first time experience with collision center made painless. Quality of repair, OEM parts and detailed billing are great.Online scheduling is a hit or miss that could be improved. Even after scheduling visit online I had to call and confirm my appointment due to system error.

After the repair, I had to take my vehicle back so that that technicians could re-connect my hands- free tailgate sensor. I dropped it off at 8:30am as scheduled. It was supposed to take a few hours. I received a call at 4:45 pm that they had to keep my vehicle overnight so the technician could continue in the morning. My vehicle was ready at noon the following day, however, the problem was not remedied. I am now waiting for the estimator to call me back with next steps to get the vehicle back in the condition it was in when I first dropped it off.
