I wish they would have confirmed with drive time if they were going to pay for my bumper to be fixed they ordered parts and fixed . Y car without any confirmation Payments wwnt from 300 dollars to 1300 out of my pocket I felt screwed as a disabled veteran

Final bill came in several hundred dollars less than the original estimate because it was determined that certain repairs were unnecessary. I could have been charged the additional amount but was treated honestly and fairly. This type of business model deserves the highest praise and gratitude.
