Very pleased with both the repair and the process. The one on one coordination concerning drop off and pick up and estimated repair time was painless and professional. My previous bad experiences with some body shops led me to start from a position of wariness and doubt. My probing questions and comments with Gerber employees were graciously well-received and in the end, my worries were pointless. This body shop does it right.
