The repair work was fine, but the estimate and billing process could have been handled better. I was given a specific cost, which the person who hit my car paid upfront. Additional charges were then added without my approval, complicating matters with the person paying for the repairs. Clearer communication and approval before adding charges would have made this a better experience.

I appreciated all of the communication while my car was being fixed, and I am super happy with the way my car looks and feels today. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how clean it was when I picked it up (inside and out!) If I ever end up in a similar situation again, I’d happily return to Gerber for repairs. Thanks again! So happy to have my car back!

Their repairs took much much longer than originally anticipated. I’m talking two weeks. And we are footing the bill for the rental for this. Very dissatisfied with that part. Otherwise the repair looks great.
