I am completely satisfied with the job done to repair my dented hood. They kept me on the loop about what was being done to repair my truck. The office worker was exceptionally polite, attentive to my needs, explained the process and kept me abreast by text and phone calls of the repair timeline. It was also great that Enterprise car rental was close by. I dropped my car off at 11:30 on Monday and it was totally repaired and ready for pickup on Wednesday at 3:30… what a turnaround!!!!. I also received a certificate of Guarantee that covers the work for the entire time that I own the vehicle. I would highly recommend this repair shop!!! I should also commend the person/persons who performed the repair … great job.. cannot tell that it was ever damaged .. looks like new … thank you everyone for helping to make this a good experience!

Amanda is a great asset to Gerber! I had a few minor repairs done and I feel like she gave me fair estimates for the work done. This is one of the most important things I look for.
