I was very pleased with the repair job and I thought it was a fair price. Even tho it was a small repair I was extremely pleased with how fast it was done and how well it looked. They seemed to go above and beyond by vacuuming my vehicle also. I will definitely use and recommend Gerber going forward!

You did a excellent job on what was covered by insurance, but you should suggest other repairs that may make a big difference in the way that may make your car look better if the person may have to pay a little out of his own pocket. If some come in a pair and one looks new and the other old but there’s nothing wrong with it they may want to replace the old one with a new one too make them match… ex… headlights, tail lights, little chips in a different area but close to the new repainted part…..

The car was finished within 24 hours. They had to replace my front bumper frame and other issues that needed done. They had to order parts from Honda and received them within 24 hours as well. After receiving my car back. I went back due to seeing a minor issue and it was fixed within 5 minutes. They are the BEST!!!!

This was actually my first experience having to repair my vehicle do to a driver hitting me. I must say that my experience was as complicated free as it could be. This was was so thorough and prompt from being to end. Amanda is absolutely amazing. Upon picking up my vehicle I expressed a concern with her (nothing to do with my experience), and she assured me that she would take care of me hassle free. I read a few reviews about this place after the insurance company made my appointment here, and it had me a lil bit uneasy. I’m not sure how long ago the review was, but I’m so happy to say my experience here was excellent. I would absolutely refer someone here. Thank you again for your prompt service.

Im very satisfied with my truck repairs. The staff definitely kept me up to date on a nearly day by day basis. Drop off and pick up was done quickly and not time consuming. There was one problem regarding my insurance; however the staff assisted me by handling it promptly.
