Thank you for accepting and paying for the scratches done during repair. I kind of surprised when you guys didn’t take the pictures of the car when I went there to drop car for 2nd repair. I did notice small scratches which were not there before 2nd repair, which kind of shows how you guys take care of customer vehicles. I didn’t complain about it because I can live with these scratches and also I don’t want my car to be more damaged by you guys. Hope you guys treat customer vehicles as you treat your own vehicle. The body shop made a deep scratch on back bumper. They didn’t even tell me about it. Glad I checked the car before picking up. Now I have to take my car one more time to you guys to fix it.
