Refused possession as the rear door was hung incorrectly leaving an unacceptable gap and the inability to open the door from the inside. I recommend that a mechanic or estimator accompany the vehicle owner to the vehicle and review the work completed. No one reviewed the work completed and fortunately discovered the problem before I left the facility. Did not feel I was treated very professionally but all associates were pleasant.
