Paint bubbles burst all over the hood and front facial. Some staff not friendly at all, condescendant, while other were very nice. Difficult to plan car return ahead of time.

The staff were polite and professional. The repair was good and completed in a timely manner. I was updated via texts as to the progress in my repair. The selection of a State Farm preferred repair facility provided an expert repair with minimal effort/worry on my part. I especially appreciate the door to door service with drop off and pick ups to facilitate my car delivery with a porter using my vehicle.
