Very happy with Chuck and the staff. He exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was also very good but I think that the customer experience in this day and age is what matters most and I have told him a couple times already but I will always come back in the future if I ever need any work done to my car. I hope you value his employment as I have had a few experiences with car repairs over the years, unfortunately, but this was probably the best experience I've ever had. Chuck went above and beyond anything I imagined...especially considering I came here on the recommendation of the insurance company of the at fault party! Thank you for this great experience. I will certainly recommend you to anyone else I know that is in need of any car repair.

I opted to get the payment card they offer as I didn't have the money to cover the cost at the time. I was told I was accepted after applying, only to find out later after already dropping my car off that I was approved for only a fraction of the repair cost. Poor communication. It was partially remedied when they offered to fix a portion at a discounted price.
