Mike was very thorough in explaining the complete job to me at the time I first brought the car in and received the estimate. He gave me options and explained the pro's and con's of each. He gave me a realistic schedule and cost estimate and stuck to it. My car was returned to me all cleaned and fresh on the inside and out.
