Okay so you want a review, we'll hear you go, you guys did the job and honestly it was done well, but here's what gets me irritated. Although, you did the job and got it done it took forever, now I've worked at dealerships for some years and I know your collision place but it's just as if or not the same system. You ordered a part from a place and got the wrong one then you had tried to attempt to order the same part from the same place and got the wrong part yet again, at this point it should have been known that you don't order from the same place twice even I know that. Also, when I stated that the seat was loose after due to the fact that there has been a bulletin recall on most vehicles of the Jeep compass of 2022, after the fact the accident happened on my wife's car you deliberately did not want to look at it even though the insurance company said it in the notes that it was there, then told the insurance company yourself that it was a squeaky seat it was not a squeaky seat, therefore trying to put words in my mouth. Now, I understand that is a very busy life working in this profession and having to deal with customers every single day with insurance jobs up to jobs that actually cost money, and I know you don't like insurance jobs because you're not getting anything for it. So you take longer, we were told because due to the fact that the part wasn't right which was the collision bar for the bumper, also you gave my wife very hard time with everything acting like she didn't know what she was talking about. Now, the next part when we came back home we noticed that the liftgate when it closed it wouldn't latch about three times, then soon after that the 4th and the 5th it actually did latch, we almost came back but we didn't. With that being said I will not come back to this establishment for any insurance jobs, there is another place down the road or far from you call GEB collision they do a much better job but the reason was because the insurance company wanted to go to you that's why. I'm sure you guys work hard, and I'm sure you try to do your best, but were you fell and I'm only giving you a six, because due to the fact you did not deliver, It should have taken this long for one part, I'm sorry and I get it because I've worked like I said before at dealerships but the same application states. Over deliver!

Jerry and Dave were great keeping up with status updates on my vehicles progress and projected completion date. Dave gave me a timely quote when I was checking out repair shops and I didn't get that same experience at Feldman Collision which they just wanted my ticket number to start the repair process and did not supply me with a quote.
