The service from the Conway shop was great. Brandy kept me informed through the whole process and was a wonderful person to deal with. I originally dropped my truck off at the Searcy location and was told a week into it that parts were ordered and just waiting on them to arrive. After 3 weeks it was sent to Conway for the repairs and the parts were never actually ordered in searcy as they said. After picking up my truck last week, I found the passenger mirror not fitted correctly, tape lines in the door jambs, runs in the door jambs and all of the lower door retention clips broken. I will be making all the repairs myself along with picture and video documentation then taking a bill to the Searcy office for reimbursement. Brandy was great, but the quality of work was sub par.
