The team beginning wth check in to the walk through with Brent had excellent customer service. Brent made me laugh in spite of my situation. The text message with updates was a blessing. I had a great experience with this company. They did an excellent job replacing my rear bumper and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Their customer service was outstanding, and my vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up. It was spotless and looked like it had even been polished. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work and highly recommend them!

Krissie and All the other employees at Gerber were absolutely wonderful. They kept me informed of the progress of my car on a weekly basis actually on biweekly basis and they also did very well in keeping up on informing me of everything that was going on with my car. They finish my car and called me and verified the security deposit and make sure that I had paid my deposit which I thought was very professional and the car looked great. It drives great and all the repairs are finally finished this time. If I ever have to have my car repaired again, I will make sure that I go to Gerber and I will refer Gerber to all of my family and friends.

Chrissy and all of the other people at Gerber Collision get a fabulous job on my car from the receptionist to the person who did the estimate to the person who checked me out when I came to pick my car up. The car looks great. It runs perfect and I’m very very very happy exceptionally happy with the work that they did on my car. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any and everyone who needs work done on the car.

I had an amazing experience with gerber from the environment of staff (including technicians) to the customer service from the associates who assisted administratively and the ones who ran estimates and paperwork. I was highly satisfied with the communication being so on point and the timeline as well. I feel like the car was done fairly fast for the amount of damage caused to the side. I hope I won’t have to come back due to a collision, however if one is to take place- I’ll definitely be coming back here.
