Gerber was referred by insurance company and I first was surprise of there availability in short notice and turnaround road trash took my front out Tuesday, April 21 and to have vehicle back on Friday, April 24, 2026 was amazing. The entire staff starting with Chrissy (great person), Brent, front desk young lady, even do the technician that repair my vehicle was awesome! I’m completely appreciate your awesome customer service and the great job that was done on my vehicle. Thank you Gerber Glass and Collison.

When I dropped off my car, it had about 50 miles left before needing gas. After rushing from work to pick my car up before 5, I was unable to drive even a quarter of a mile before the car ran out of gas and shut off, leaving me stranded in the middle of the road during rush hour traffic. What made this situation more upsetting was that several staff members drove past me without offering any assistance. In addition, 2 carloads of cops came because traffic was a nightmare! My husband was forced to purchase a gas can—an expense and inconvenience we would not have otherwise incurred because no one I know, including myself, has never ran out of gas. Humiliating. If additional fuel was required during the repair process, this should have been clearly communicated to me in advance. Additionally, my vehicle’s windows were already damaged prior to drop-off, but I was not informed that they would need to be let down during repairs. They were let down and became stuck, and I now have a temporary piece holding one window in place. Not a happy customer.
