Brent and Chelsey, I really appreciate you for listening to me and being sensitive to my needs. Brent took time to listen to me and what I needed! I requested that my vehicle be repaired in a timely manner. They sent text messages with updates regularly about my vehicle to my phone. He was knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and courteous. Brent cleaned my vehicle, then offered to drive my vehicle to my house. My vehicle looks as if there was nothing ever wrong with it. This is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty.
