The lady working the front desk was super nice and patient. She deserves a raise. The texting updates were nice. What I didn’t like was driving there to find out the truck hadn’t been repaired correctly the first time and I had to point out several things that needed addressed. Not sure who works quality control but they may need some additional training because the mistakes were glaringly obvious. I sincerely appreciate the shop making sure the alignment issue was addressed with 3 opinions. That was impressive.

It took 3 weeks to repair the side of my vehicle. Meanwhile I was paying &1000/ week for a rental car! Seems rather long to me I'm satisfied with the repairs outcome but not happy with the rental car charges!

Not at all happy with the 3 week time frame to complete my car repairs! I had to rent a vehicle from Hertz who has charged me a $3K + fee!.And what really upset me was learning Hertz car rentals works side by side there in Cornelius! Seems fishy to me.. who profited from this? Both companies!
