From the scheduled estimate appointment going well and thorough explaining the process, to Susan’s continued updates and ability to answer questions and help arranging rental car, to my walk around person after the car was complete explained what had been done and then answered many of my added questions about the ceramic coat now needing to be applied, He informed me Gerber didn’t do that service, but my Subaru dealership or a third party could help with completing that task.
