Andrea was great! Everything went very good with updates on the repairs. The only thing is my car was smoked in and I'm not a smoker! My son has really bad allergies and of course I could tell right away. Once I got home and parked it in the garage, I later went out to grab something out. All I could smell was cigarettes. I am very displeased with having my car smoked in even if it was for a second or two.

Discovered a leak in the trunk, Technician repaired immediately, but stated if it continues to bring back. Also, one of the Chrome strips not secure, had to press back on. Car seems to have scratches in the paint in various areas.

Gerber did everthing they could do to make this bad incident better for my family. Insurance company that had to cover the charges tried to low ball damages and by the end the vehical would have been better off scraped
