Will be glad when the AT-4 emblem is put on. Bumper needs to be adjusted. Other than those issues, I’m very satisfied with the work and timeline it took to fix my vehicle.

I was very pleased from start to finish Dawn was very friendly answered my Questions . Paul is who inspected my damage. He answered my questions and told what to expect on the repair of my car. Dawn got me a date to bring it in . Being never heard of Gerber they made feel like “ this is going to be ok”—— and it was!!!When I believe in a company and they do an outstanding jod I will spread the word on how good Gerber is!! I do this for my plumber and Lawn guy and Roofer now I can add Gerber to my list!! Any time I see or hear some one looking for a body shop I will most definitely tell them about Gerber!! I give you a 10 plus rating. I appreciate the great care I got from Paul and Dawn!! I was well informed by test message on what was going on with my car. That I really appreciated!! To be truthful I had never heard of Gerber car Repair before The guy that hit our car his insurance company is who recommended them. I thought is they recommend Gerber it must be ok so went with Gerber. I could not be more pleased. Dawn the Receptionist greeted me and took such good care of me!! We filled out paper work and answered all my questions. Paul then came and looked at my car and looked at damage. He also answered questions for me. He then gave me an estimate it a short bit. Dawn talked with me which made me happy that I was there!! A very friendly office and staff!! Paul was very knowledgeable very friendly and explained everything. My whole experience was great!! So glad I went with Gerber I give the staff (Paul and Dawn) and the repair done on my car a A plus plus!!!!! Great job I appreciate it and Thank you. I will definitely spread the word around Crestview!!!! Paul and Dawn made me feel like the really appreciated my business!!

To all readers. I wish there were a level beyond the satisfaction of 10. After getting my vehicle back from Gerber I felt as though it looked better than it did when I first bought it. The transparency was phenomenal thanks to the front disk work displayed by ‘DAWN’. Whom in my strong opinion deserves a raise. They are very good people and friendly, the work they do is guaranteed for life or until you sell the vehicle. Great experience with a little delayed in arriving parts, but they offered to pay for my rental car if it didn’t meet the completion date. The overall experience I give them a 10 👍🏼
