I really didn't want to write this review since gerber did a good job fixing up the front end of my car after I rear ended someone. I told them about my tire pressure sensor going off and before leaving the car with them checked and saw one tire was down about 10psi a direct result of the accident. The report didn't say anything about the tore and they clearly put air in it since the sensor was off when I picked the car up. Tire still needs a patch and even though they "didn't do anything with the electrical system" they still disconnected the battery (obvious thing to do for a repair, but also my clock was reset which is how I knew) but now my infotainment system is inoperable. They told me to update it and I did and it still doesn't work at all which it worked just fine when I dropped it off. Overall not happy with the extra infotainment problem and a tire that was never patched and obviously looked at. Love the mechanics work and shine and paint were awesome but the car was not fixed properly which is the reason for this mostly negative review.

My car looks great; it was done earlier than expected and they went above and beyond accommodating my schedule for picking up my car. Everyone was friendly from time of estimate to completion. It was a wonderful experience all tbe way around.

The work done to repair the hail damage was great. Ran into some issues with parts being damaged when being taken off or put back on as well as some things not being hooked back up correctly. Windshield wipers didn't work. I did take it back Monday morning and they fixed the wipers and are ordering replacement parts. Everyone was really nice when I brought it back Monday so I really appreciated that.
