I picked up my Suburban last evening and was very impressed with the paint match and bodywork. I especially was impressed with the professional attitude and personal care giving to me in this whole process of the needed repairs. I would receive emails as well as phone calls from Taylor or Jamie. They always gave me full updates and wanted to make sure that if I needed anything else all I had to do was call. Taylor made sure when I picked it up that I knew how to care for the new paint and that if I had any problems at all to call or come by and she would address it. I have been in the car repair field for most of my life and this is the first time I have had to have bodywork and paint done on my own vehicle and I am very confident that I can refer anyone to Gerber and I will be back should I need body or glass work. Thank you Gerber Team and especially Taylor and Jamie. You all are the best.

I think overall I would recommend. I think it’s the little things that can make you be better on the final presentation.

I would rate you this for a couple of reasons. 1st Upon picking up my truck I noticed the whole inside is full of shop dust from head liner to the floor. I also noticed that the windows had hand prints and notices how dirty when I viewed out on the drive home. 2nd. I found two items that were not on the truck that after calling they will be added when my bed cover comes in. Would have been great to have prior notice of the condition and the plan to fix.

I honestly didn’t know what to expect as this was my first insurance claim. I felt at times thru the 8 weeks that my questions were answered and I would get updates via the phone but felt rushed. If I had a question I would have to interrupt or call separately. I would suggest also a weekly email update. However Questions were always answered.

Great work and fast service. Had hail damage and it only took two days to get it done. They even had to contact my insurance for extra damage. The staff is very professional and transparent with all phases of repairs. I would recommend anyone to use them in there next repair.
