While I was rather annoyed at the end (simple because I was feeling brushed off) the work that was done on my car was amazing. The service when dropping off and picking up was friendly. I would simply say that if the car is not going to be ready on time to take a bit more time to explain to the customer what is occurring. Simply saying it is a process can leave te customer feeling confused and worried. Overall I have recommended them to friends, and if I should ever need them in the future I will not hesitate to use them.
