While I was rather annoyed at the end (simple because I was feeling brushed off) the work that was done on my car was amazing. The service when dropping off and picking up was friendly. I would simply say that if the car is not going to be ready on time to take a bit more time to explain to the customer what is occurring. Simply saying it is a process can leave te customer feeling confused and worried. Overall I have recommended them to friends, and if I should ever need them in the future I will not hesitate to use them.

Gerber has been fantastic in the past. This time around for the minimal damage to repair and I'm having to take it back to fix issues that weren't fixed the first time around has been frustrsting

Repair parts not lined up correctly. Missing pieces and other panels not put back together properly. Looks to me someone was being rushed to get the job done

Front staff was excellent. But I deduct a point just because they seemed to get real defensive and some what of an attitude for calling out the work that hadn't been done or needing to be fixed

Anita and David were a pleasure to deal with, and the technicians in the back did a marvelous job to restore my car to better-than-before condition.
