The end result seems fine. The communication and coordination of staff was poor. Wheel repair missed until I pointed it out….. as we were checking out on Wednesday. Had to leave it with them 2 more days. New wheel was supposed to be on and ready by Thursday. Thurs evening not ready, maybe by 10:00 Friday. Friday at noon still not done. Finally picked up 1:45 Friday. Mechanic in charge apologized and offer to give car a wash and cleaning in near future. I said I would take him up on offer.

My Gerber experience was the easiest and best service I’ve had at an auto repair shop. Tyi communicated through the whole process and was very helpful. Tyi also help me buy some parts that were not part of my collision repair. Gerber went above and beyond, and it was much appreciated. Also, I got my car back ahead of time which saved me money on my rental. My car looks great. Thank you, Gerber. I will definitely come back.

Their initial customer service was great, I do wish their communication during the repair was better. The inside of the vehicle was excessively dirty with a white dusty powder upon pick up.
