There was a lack of communication when the repair time took longer than originally planned. I also had to take the car back as it was very noisy. They fixed it but that should have been checked before giving it back to me.

Ty was great! The car looked good as new. Better than the other part that wasn’t even damaged. They were very easy to talk to and took care of all my concerns, especially since I was trying to get my car fixed before a trip I had planned, which they delivered! Hopefully I wouldn’t ever need their help again but in the slim chance I do need help, I would be glad it’s with them. 10/10 so far.

Only issue was the long wait for the car wash at the end of the repair. My elderly grandfather was not happy he had to wait an hour longer than we were told. But the repair and service were great.
