The front desk assistance was so helpful and friendly. Estimator Soto went above and beyond through the estimation and completion stage. He also discussed the damage sensor on the vehicle, and how/why to use it. Throughout the process, he was extremely helpful and kind.

From the very first appointment with Gerber in Davis, Mr. Soto Flores took the first look at the damage, and advised me to contact my insurance. From that point onwards, Mr. Flores keep me informed of the process... assisting me with obtaining the rental, letting me know what and when to expect thru the repair process... even including the removal of the battery pack for a hybrid car, it's reinstallation, and electric checks.
