I was directed by AAA to take the car to them. While explaining what happened to the car, the tech didn't even know what an adblue tank was. They were going to outsource the work because the tire sensor (TPMS) was on. When I went to pickup the car they said nothing was found, but then the TPMS was still on. No one even checked the tire pressure!

All of your staff from start to finish made everything easy for me compared to other people that serviced my vehicles in the past. It was an amazing experience you have great people working for you and I appreciate the fast one day service never had that before. I just want to thank everyone involved what a wonderful experience. The accident could have ruined the holiday but they went above and beyond to finish it quickly, impeccable attention to detail, car was shiny and looked new after service.
