Cosmetic damage to plastic parts inside of van near back hatch latch not repair or replaced. Gap still easily visible where bumper was pushed out of alignment.

As I mentioned on Geico’s review today, I was very satisfied with Gerber’s expertise and the service I received there. I mentioned the time frame was different than I was initially told, but understood that the delay was from an incorrect bumper being sent out as well as other Ford parts that the shop had to wait on. Great experience otherwise.

Excellent work in matching paint and overall re-alignment of damaged front end. I also appreciate that you tried to use undamaged original parts where you could. Minor issue: I have noticed that my hood doesn't easily 'drop close' like it used to. I can still get it to latch in place, which is the most important thing.👍
