This is minor but I am not David Jensen. I am Julie Jensen and it is my car, my joint insurance policy and my email, not David’s. Your very pleasant receptionist explained that your location has no control over the messages sent. She also said that the way the messages were addressed to David could have originated through our insurance. Perhaps each location should have more control over their messages. I found the messages demeaning. Other messages were confusing- I received daily text messages saying my car was on schedule and was due to be ready by July 31. I kept receiving this same message even after one of the Gerber staff called to say my car would be ready the next day, July 24. It was confusing and caused me to call more rather than less.
