I still have a chip in my paint and instead of 8 days it took 27 days and now I have a rental that cost me $300

Right now it’s unlikely. As there’s a scuff on the driver side like they hit something and didn’t follow through with the paint chip. After I give them a chance to rectify and do what they said they were going to do it’s 50/50 as no one has time for unreliability, broken promises, a month without their car, and when its returned scuffed up and what they said they were going to do wasn’t done
