One specific area of damage that I asked to be handled twice was not. I guess that the metal caps lineup from the damage it does not. The car smells like someone was smoking in the car.

The service all around was incredible. Honestly, it was the best customer service I've had in years. Between quality work, dealing with a tough insurance company, cleaning my car that I left in embarrassingly dirty condition, taking care of my rental, and keeping in constant contact with updates, I could not have asked for a better experience.
