I honestly had a very bad first experience with the insurance companies. The process of getting the right person on the phone was a nightmare.... But once I got collision revision's phone number and spoke with all the great people there, the process turned into a nice experience. Cory from the des plaines office was particularly helpful and very professional. He answered all my questions promptly and honestly. He went way out of his way to make sure my experience with collision revision was excellent. He took time to review my car and the repair process with me. I contacted him regarding timing of completion around my vacation, and made sure to get my car done 3 days ahead of schedule so I could have it in time to go on vacation. Had that not happened I would have accrued hundreds of dollars in fees for the rental car because the insurance company would not pay! I cannot state how helpful Cory was and how crucial he was to turning my experience around. Collision Revision should extend my gratitude to cory. You should also know that I will be reaching out to Cory for all future auto repairs I may have in the future.
