My family and I have gone to Gerber multiple times. We have always had a good experience. Renee is a very nice. Their communication with when my vehicle would be ready and the process along the way was very helpful.

The team at Gerber glass and collision greet you with confidence and kindness when you enter the store. I was introduced to Louis, who was in charge of taking care of my car through the process. He was informative, assuring, and I could tell that he was gonna make sure a good job was done with my car. They kept me up-to-date as the work was done, and would move to another area to be finished finished, and they repaired apart. I didn’t even know had been damaged and I certainly appreciate that. To end my story I go to my car that they have pulled up to the door because I am a handicapped person in my car had been washed and cleaned inside and out… Some things you cannot put a price on. He showed me what they had done and it looks like it was brand new and had never been damaged along with their kindness and professionalism. I would recommend Gerber glass and collision to everyone thank you team for making a scary situation and on a happy happy no.

K The staff at Gerber glass and Repair always greet you with efficiency and a nice attitude and you don’t wait very long before you talk to your adjuster, which is very appreciated these days and the same thing when you take your car back they’re ready for you they have it prepared and they walked you through it and you are ready to go very organized but very very great work they do to her! Superb, quality work!

Repairing is okay but it took so long time to repair than they provided the time of completion. They extended time 6 times to me that hampered my daily activities so long time than expected.

You keep my car for a month and charge me 7069 dollars and when you call me to pick up my car ipay my deductible and sit inthe car and to leave inthe parking lot then troolmy wind into the front from both right and left is not doing the function right I go inthe shop and tell the manager and she come and see she try to close but it go up and then push down and then drive my car to home then I heard some sound coming from my car and then icame back to shop tell them and then she drive my car and come back her name is Mia she say no sound say ok and then ileave the shop and come home park my car and shut of the engine then sign come window open and that sign not go away after keeping my car for a month they did not give my car as iris that igive Otto them on march 3 my car accident is happening on feb 26 when bring the car to the shop my car is drivable and all functions are normal they told me to drop the car on march 3 and idid the day drop the car my car has no sound and my widow is working normal like close to a down Sir Iam really upset and not satisfying with these people did to my car please help me and my insurance say they should fix the car right this is my concern car is my job and drive and make money and pay my bill and is behind my bill my rent and and all other bill please tell them to fix this problem of my and give it me like all normal fiction and Idont want to keep my to long please please help me Iam not satisfied you need some qualified people and this is bad for your business thank you write to much but Iam not happy and I think imake aware choice to drop my car to this shop please tell them to fix my car urgent and thank you sorry if I say something wrong but write know felling very upset to concern my car
