Repairs on the damage from the accident were well done, and in a timely manner, and personnel were friendly. However, I had asked for an additional repair to be done, which I would personally pay for (a paint chip on my driver’s side mirror). During the estimate, I was informed that my cost would be well below $100. The mirror housing had not been done at the time I took delivery, so they were going to have to remove the housing, repair/paint the rock chip, and I’d come pick it up. When personnel attempted to remove the mirror housing, they broke a couple of clips that I was told could not be replaced, so I had to buy a new housing. I paid the price quoted because I didn’t want any broken parts, but I feel that personnel should have been more knowledgeable about their products. They broke it, they should bear the burden of the repair. All I wanted was a touch up and ended up paying for a new mirror housing.
