I complained to the manager about milage on my vehicle while being serviced. First, the woman that answered the call handled me perfectly and passed me to the manager (cant remember his name). He also handled my complaint expertly. (I was wrong about the mileage). Way to represent for Gerber...and Gerber you have the right people in the right places. Thank you.

After booking an appointment 3 months out, the day i Dropped my car off, they stated they did not have an appointment or any of my information on record. I had to resend all my claim information and original quote, all last minute. It was resolved that day and I was able to drop my car off as scheduled, just a bit stressful. The repairs came out GREAT. I would suggest they spend a little more time after the damage fixes, to buff out some of the spots from the pdr. Overall happy with the completion of the job.
