Looked into bumper and was missing a insert even though it was inspected. It did get replaced but fog light insert not clipped in all the way. Came loose since getting car able to push back in to stay in place.

The repairs were handled expertly and for that I am grateful. The amount of time it took to do so was exceedingly long. I know there is protocol to follow with insurance approvals and parts take a while to get in, but a number of times I received no correspondence about what was being done, and when I’d call I heard multiple times that each party was waiting on the other simultaneously with days passing between working moments. 6 weeks seems a little long, but I am grateful regardless for the work to be done and done well.
