Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Quoted a repair time that was 8 days, when it only took 2 days. Because of this I wasted time and money getting a rental car. Received a text telling me car was done when it was not. Then when I came in to pick up car the passenger blinker light was out. Does not indicate quality QA was performed after work was done. Would never recommend Gerber. Would recommend anyplace else.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Literally everytime I called it would just ring. Then when I spoke to corporate they were also unable to connect me with anyone. Quoted time to complete job was 6 times longer than it actually took. This makes it seem like you have no idea how long it takes to complete work. When I picked up vehicle initially, only to discover that a new issue was created (passenger turn signal was now inoperable) there was no apology or explanation. Only when I returned, for a third time, did anyone acknowledge they had messed up.
