Thanks to Jasmine and Valerie for making this happen. They had to work with two insurance companies and a third party individual to get this expense expedited. They were very helpful and kept me posted thru the whole process. Repair turned out great.

Unfortunately I took my truck to the Buford location for a scratch. I delivered my truck on 6/19/26 and got it back on 7/24/26 yes almost a complete month for a scratch no dents just a scratch!!! When I picked it up they had me look at my truck in the pouring rain, yes the rain. What these non professional people did was so bad! Lucky for me Amanda called and assured me that the Duluth location would get my truck right. Here is what they had to replace, my grill My bug guard windshield wiper caps repaint the hood I lost the hood sticker due to the fact Nissan doesn’t make this sticker anymore. The truck was covered in cleaning compound inside and out!! Again Amanda assured me the team in Duluth would do their best to get my truck right.and they did !! They did everything they said they would do the professionalism of this team is unbelievable. From the lady at the front desk to the awesome detailer and everyone in between I thank all of you. For the people at the Buford location, each of you that put your hands on truck, everyone of you suck!! I will be taking to social media to let anyone that needs body work not to go to the Buford location because they suck
