Initial cost estimate and repair time was rather under estimated by a little over 50%. Actual vehicle work was quite well done.

Many promises made but not kept! My vehicle entered your shop on 7/28. I was told 4 to 5 days to complete. I took posession of my vehicle 8/26, exactly 4 weeks after you started. Your failed commitments cost me money and time and caused endless frustration. I am sure it can be explained; excuses can be made; someone can develop a list of things that went wrong. The short simple facts: a common production vehicle should not take four weeks to complete. It was not that badly damaged. After the accident the vehicle drove 900 miles back to Atlanta without a problem. Cosmetic repairs were 98% of the work. Competent conscientious tradesmen and managers would not have taken 28 days to complete the work. Initially I was assured I would be kept abreast of the progress of the repairs. More accurately I was kept abreast of the lack of progress. When all is said and done. When all excuses have been made. When all "good reasons" have been given. It took 28 days to complete minor repairs on a drivable vehicle! To make me "completely satisfied" with my repair experience: first return the month of use I did not get from my truck. I am a contractor. I needed the truck or I would not have purchased it. Second, return the money I expended to rent a truck during the third week you had mine. Initially, took it in on Wednesday, back on Monday, I don't need to rent a vehicle. When it became apparent I could not depend upon any date given for completion, with work to do I had to rent a truck. Third, train your people to be more production and goal oriented. The young lady with which I dealt was very cordial. She was pleasant and informative. The problem was she informed me of things which I did not want to hear. Once I have been told "Friday" when it is not going to be Friday I do not really care why. It's not important to me that anyone "feels bad" that it isn't going to be Friday. What went wrong really does not matter. If you wish to convey something worthwhile and helpful, tell me how you are going to insure the next date given is met! As disappointed as I am, I can't understand why I would expend the time I have venting and telling you how I think you can enhance my experience. I assume as long as you maintain good relationships with the insurance companies my opinion and satisfaction is of little consequence. The comments made on this survey are of far less importance than the "image" presented by solicitation of those comments.

Only thing is it took 3 weeks to get my car back and was only worked on a total of 19.1 hrs. Think it could have been turned over a lot quicker
