Not sure if it is just a coincidence, but my battery died when I started my car the next time. Makes me wonder if someone had something on and killed it. I only had body work done, so other than that I'm really not sure why it would have been affected. As I said, though, it could just be coincidental.

The repairs seem good, but it's really strange (possibly coincidental) that our car battery died right after getting the car back. And they evidently had to jump it before returning it to us, so why didn't they at least tell us that? They tried to play off leaving the car running, as it would be a convenience for us. I think they killed the battery somehow, but as I said it could be a total coincidence.

I expected to have my car repaired. What I didn't expect was for my car to be cleaned, the trash inside thrown out, my tires to be shined, and for the employees at the front to be so accommodating and helpful. I came in with a toddler on my hip with not one idea how to deal with any of the details between the person at fault's insurance and Gerber, and I got a patient lady that told me she'd handle it.
