These are good, helpful class of people who tend to do everything possible to help the customer. I particularly enjoyed working with Jasmin (sic) Apologies for forgetting exactly her name. But she did so much for us and even returned to Enterprise rented car to the nearby Enterprise. She was able to help get rid of some rear-located scratches on the car by saving some paint and helping the customer. This young lady with her fun tattoos and brown hair was simply lovely. She is what customer service is about. I want her to know that we appreciate her and we are sincerely thankful for her help. She needs a promotion or something close to that. Thank you again.
