I am extremely satisfied with my recent repair experience. My estimator provided excellent communication throughout the entire process, always pleasant, proactive, and clear each time I called. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, she took the time to walk me through the repairs in detail, which I truly appreciated. I was initially hesitant to switch to Gerber after years with Classic Collision, but the level of service I received from the Duluth location exceeded my expectations. Based on this experience, Gerber Duluth will be my first choice for future repairs and recommendations.
