The communication from Gerber was great when we started our repair process. But the rating is based on the overall result. When I was notified that my car was repaired and ready for pickup, I found that the cosmetic bumper was not fully attached and a trim piece was broken and not installed. I, as the customer, had to find these issues after being told my car was ready. That is disappointing and not what I expect to find when being told my car was ready when it clearly was not. Seems like Gerber is more focused on turning cars around quickly rather than quality work and verification.
