The car was returned to us and we were told the work was complete when it was not. My bumper still has a dent in it and I will have to take off more time from work to take it in for more work.

We was originally expecting new doors as discussed. Instead we got repaired doors with as they say the bad word bondo. I guess yes it’s repaired until it cracks from shutting the doors from continued use. But as far as communication it was good. The people are nice and did whatever the insurance company apparently wanted.

The right front passenger side window is damaged upon grilling it up and down. This was not like this before the wreck. Either it was missed in the adjustment or damage during repairs. We would like for someone to call us about looking at this.
