I was very pleased with the professionalism & courses extended to me at Gerber. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that they missed fixing a small dent in the driver door. I am hoping that will be corrected within the next few days. Like I said in my first sentence, other than that small overlook, I am very pleased with Gerber Collision.

I had to call them and see if the car was finished when they said it would be done but it wasn't. When it was finished, they did call then.

They were amazing!!!! Kind, polite, professional and personal. But what I LOVED was the daily updates on my car..it’s always been like a black hole before and never on time. This was early! And they washed my car. I will never(I hope I don’t ever) go anywhere or refer anyone to any place else. Thank you!
