The staff and the auto mechanics do a fantastic job at assuring that my car was not only pristine and repaired, but were very good at communicating any updates with me and coordinating with the rental company to make sure I still had a ride. Karin assisted me at the front desk every time and was very lovely and helped with any questions I had. I would love to name the kind man who walked me through the initial damage assessment because he noticed damage from the collision that I myself didn't even catch, as well as explained how the repair process will go. He showed me that he genuinely had my best interest in mind and I really appreciated that. I cannot for the life of me remember names, and I apologise for that. But I would like to thank you all at Gerber for your wonderful service. I turned my car in filthy and beat up, and got it back looking and driving the newest it's been since I bought it.
