Right rear panel should have been replaced, the fender flair isn’t flat against the “fixed” panel. There’s gaps. The shell wasn’t removed for painting; there’s overspray, and tape left in parts of my truck that can’t be reached. I supplied new tailgate, and rear tail lights, so Gerber collision made some money off you. I didn’t get any price break. The service was great, the people were nice, and the facility looks nice. I just really wish they would have replaced the panel that needed replaced. It does NOT look stock, you can see the fender “Bulge” and not follow the rest of the body lines. Poor, fast work. I care about my Toyota, I keep it immaculate. I also wish AAA would have let me take my truck to a body shop of my choice. I may have to look into “AI” insurance. I’m a great customer too, I prepay 6 months at a time.

I'm very happy with the work that Gerber Collision did. Everything looked perfect, you couldn't even tell I was sideswiped. On top of that they deep clean my car and vacuumed it. I didn't expect that at all.
