I don't know what I would've done without Jeff and Tim! Those two were amazing at letting me know what was happening through the whole process. When my rental insurance ran out, Tim made sure I still got the lowest rate when I paid out of pocket and helped with my deductible. I've never been treated as kindly before especially by a car body shop. Everyone from the girls who answered the phones(Kaylee,I think that was her name!) To the guy who tried to fish out my handicap card that escaped down into the dashboard of the rental car but unfortunately wasn't able to be retrieved but he tried so hard to get it and it's the little things like that I appreciate. If I could give you all raises I would in a heartbeat. Thanks for doing amazing work with my car! Thanks Gerber!!
